LM-1 (with recycling crane OMT-97M)

Metal scrap truck with hydraulic crane equipment (recycling crane) is purposed for loading, unloading and transporting metal waste (scrap).

Particular features of metal scrap truck construction:

possibility of tipping and stationary body installation;
possibility to mount demountable loading-unloading mechanism MPR;
reinforced construction of metal scrap truck tipping body, with the thickness of the body bottom plate of 8 mm;
additionally reinforced body construction in the area of opening shutters mounting;
improved configuration of tipping gear, which enables to increase body cubic capacity and reliability of the assembly as a whole;
safety system when tipping the body includes safety (assurance) cable and hydraulic limiter of lifting angle of tipping truck platform.
the rectangular tipping platform of metal scrap truck with back dumping and back throw opening shutters has tipping angle of 50°C and enables to unload metal scrap truck at once, making minimum efforts.

The use of recycling crane excludes the necessity of keeping a loader or hooker crew as this work can be carried out by only one operator.
